Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Sonde, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Sonde turns a trade idea into a guarded block-graph run: it checks the book, simulates the fill, sizes to your caps, applies your guards, and records an auditable allow, resize, or block decision with evidence.

Sonde is not, and does not act as, any of the following:

• a broker, dealer, exchange, or trading venue;
• a custodian — Sonde never holds your funds;
• a financial, investment, legal, or tax adviser;
• a counterparty to any trade you place.

You must be of legal age and legally permitted to use the service where you are. Sonde is international-first.

Trade submission, real preview, and real-active activation are blocked for the United States and other restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions [exact country list — counsel to confirm]. These checks are re-derived server-side from IP geolocation, your onboarding attestation, and a sanctions screen, and they fail closed. Non-trading account, support, and audit surfaces may remain available within applicable law.

You agree not to attempt to circumvent these blocks. Sonde does not provide any means or guidance to do so.

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Production accounts require a verified email before trading actions unlock.

You agree not to:

• use Sonde for any unlawful purpose or to evade jurisdiction, sanctions, or guard controls;
• attempt to bypass plan caps, rate limits, or entitlement checks;
• scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its providers;
• misrepresent another person or wallet, or use the service to harass or defame.

No real money moves until you explicitly authorize a bounded real-active flow and set its limits. Every real order passes the same guardrail as a paper run, with recorded evidence.

Paper trading is recommended first but is not a hard activation gate. Sonde will never silently upgrade a flow to real money, and you can trigger a kill switch at any time.

Wallet and market labels are descriptive estimates of observable behavior, not accusations and not claims of insider or manipulative activity. If you believe a label is wrong, you can dispute it or request a takedown through support.

Sonde offers a card-required 3-day trial, then paid plans (Pro and Elite) with per-plan caps and opt-in overage for real submitted trades. Payments are processed by Stripe; Sonde does not store your card details.

Sonde and its software are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the flows, configurations, and data you create; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Sonde is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Sonde does not guarantee profit, accuracy of third-party data, or uninterrupted availability. See the No-Advice Notice and the Risk Disclosure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonde is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal or safety reasons, or to protect the service. You may stop using Sonde and delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms; we will revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
