Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated

This policy explains the free trial, how to cancel, and when refunds apply. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

In plain terms

The 3-day trial is free — cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged. After that, subscriptions are billed in advance; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Free trial

New accounts get a card-required 3-day trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your plan begins and your card is charged at the end of the trial.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings, which open the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance and partial periods are generally non-refundable. We may grant a refund at our discretion, and we honor any statutory refund or withdrawal rights you have under applicable consumer law (including EU/UK rights where they apply). Statutory-rights wording is pending counsel confirmation.

Usage and overage

Plans include per-plan caps. Overage for real submitted trades is opt-in only and is described to you before you enable it; it is billed according to your plan.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry for a short grace period. If it still fails, your plan may be downgraded and paid features locked until billing is restored.

Changes to pricing

If we change prices, we will give reasonable notice before the change applies to your subscription.
